Problem With An Order?

Don’t delay! We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and defective items for up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Refunds for returns are in the method of original payment. Original shipping charges, as well as extra shipping charges at the time of the original shipment, are not refundable. Receipt/proof of purchase is necessary for refund. With a gift card, we allow exchanges for merchandise of equal or greater value. We only accept returns for merchandise sold by Jesse Brown’s Outdoors.

Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible. Pre-paid return packages please; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
